Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of business strategy, product development, and financial services—helping institutions grow revenue, bring new products to market, and adapt to a rapidly evolving industry. In my current role as Executive Director and Head of Product, I oversee the strategy and delivery of cross-border payment solutions that serve clients across education, healthcare, and other global verticals. I focus on growing our market presence, deepening client relationships, and creating scalable offerings that unlock new sources of revenue while driving operational results. Before this role, I served as a Consulting Partner at CGI, collaborating with major banks to design and implement next-generation wealth and payment platforms. These projects required managing complex transformations, aligning business and tech teams, and developing sustainable growth models. What keeps me energized is the challenge of turning big ideas into products that make a measurable difference—whether through smarter customer experiences, stronger partner ecosystems, or bold new market plays.
