I have a postgraduate diploma in Information Technology from Fanshawe College, where I learned the fundamentals of software development, testing, and security. I am currently working as a Service Desk Analyst at Nova Networks, a leading provider of IT solutions and services in Canada. I have a strong problem-solving ability and a customer-oriented mindset, which help me to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.In my current role, I use various tools and platforms, such as Citrix Workspace, Ivanti, O365, Windows 10, Active Directory, OKTA and Exchange, to support the clients' desktop and networked device needs. I also perform preventive maintenance, configuration, and installation of hardware and software, as well as database testing using SQL queries. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team, where I can contribute to the improvement of the service quality and customer satisfaction. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and I am passionate about delivering reliable and secure IT solutions.
