About Mandee Glasgo

Upon graduating from college, I received the advice: ‘Try to be a big fish in a small pond’. What she meant, she explained, was working for smaller corporations earlier in your career can give you the opportunity to try many different things and determine what your interests are. I was fortunate enough to work for two family-run companies that were willing to give me exactly that - opportunities to work in different areas of the businesses and grow into my areas of strength. What I found was that I was most interested in was analyzing the entire company and finding where we can make process improvements for great gains in efficiency and accuracy. My first example came when I analyzed and revamped a reservation system to make the booking process more efficient for the sales team and the reporting more efficient for accounting, catering, and operations. I now know that I want to leverage this experience with SaaS products to implement, teach, and improve a company's productivity.
