About Mandee Sears

Eclectic, driven and a helper are three great words I would use to describe myself. When my son wanted a Elmo birthday cake for his birthday, I bought the Wilton cake decorating book, tips and pans and learned how to make one. When my husband wanted to buy a golf course and run it, I learned how to be a bookkeeper, restaurant manager, banquet manager, bartender, etc. Helping other people get what they want is huge to me! When I wanted to chronicle my life, I jumped in with both feet to learn about memoir writing, techniques, and the art of the written word. Life is a journey with speed bumps along the way - but overcoming and learning from them makes success that much sweeter. Learning, challenges and helping are a way of life to me. If I'm not growing, I'm dying. When I decided to get my real estate license, I joined a newer team. Together, we built it from the ground up adding agents, operations staff and systems and processes to create a wonderful business. Today, I am the owner of my own real estate company. It's a challenge but I am up for it. Helping people is at the core of who I am. Some appreciate it, some just expect it and some never see it coming. Such is life. I'll continue on supporting, helping and changing lives for the better since that's what refills my bucket:)
