With a rich MBA background, my 20 years’ professional journey weaves through key roles where I've nurtured my skills in Team management, Interpersonal communications, Contract negotiations and Business development. My expertise lies in expanding student enrollments and fostering international relations. As Director of Admissions, I honed my abilities in Leadership and Team collaboration, directly impacting enrollment figures and fostering a dynamic academic community. My journey has been driven by a passion for connecting students worldwide with quality education. At The NorthCap University, my focus has been on streamlining processes and implementing innovative marketing strategies that effectively attract and engage prospective meritorious students. I launched my Education career at Lovely Professional University, where I spearheaded international student recruitment efforts by actively promoting LPU, traveling across multiple countries such as Sri Lanka, Maldives, Cambodia, Vietnam, Zambia, Tanzania, Nepal, Bhutan, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea, Kazakhstan and so on. As Head of International Admissions at Chandigarh University, I founded and led the department from the ground up, successfully attracting students from over 40 countries including SAARC, Africa, Middle East, South-East Asia and Central Asia regions. My dedication to building cross-cultural connections and promoting academic opportunities while at Presidency University, laid a strong foundation for my work in Enrolments and global outreach. At Rayat Bahra University, I developed robust admissions frameworks, guiding a high-performing team of 70 members and propelled the university’s presence both domestically and internationally. With expertise in global admissions strategy, I’m committed to shaping academic opportunities that make a lasting impact.
