About Mandeep Sohal

Hi, I am a part of the Field Value, Evidence, and Outcomes team at Teva Pharmaceuticals based out of Las Vegas, NV. Previously, I was an Alzheimer’s Disease - Medical Science Liaison for Genentech/Ashfield Healthcare. A PharmD by training, I completed a specialty-focused, managed-care residency with CVS Health in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Here on the Specialty Innovation team, I was responsible for a number of different projects, including digital clinical programs. I launched a pilot in the oral oncology market basket, which then progressed to a full-scale digital specialty product in 2020. In one of my prior roles, I was a Clinical Operations Advisor for CVS Caremark, where I was responsible for formulary and utilization management configuration for Aetna Medicaid across several states. I proactively identified areas of improvement to minimize service warranties delivering the highest quality client experience possible, utilizing SQL and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
