About Mandi Brown

I am the youngest of five siblings who own Quadvest LP. After earning my Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Medicine with a minor in Economics from Texas State University, I spent 13 years in education. This experience taught me the value of personal interaction, which inspired me to transition into a career in Human Resources. Since joining Quadvest in m2014, a company that has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, I have thrived in ensuring a smooth-running operation as a SHRM Certified Professional. I derive my energy from developing culture, fostering connectivity, and helping others. There’s a reason I’ve been dubbed the Chief Happiness Officer of my family business – cultivating joy is my mission. My superpower lies in connecting people to support and sustaining an organizational culture. When I’m not busy organizing family events, voraciously reading, managing my non-profit organization, providing Executive Coaching through Motus9, or juggling all these tasks simultaneously, you can find me playing sports with one of my four children!
