About Mandi Egeland

Mandi is a professional management consultant with experience advising Fortune 500 companies in digital transformation, project management/governance, and transactions across various industries (Health Systems, Healthcare, Professional Services, Private Equity, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Governmental Agencies). Her most current experience is an integration where she is generally responsible for project managing all HR aspects of the transaction engagement, both domestic and international, for both private equity and corporate clients. Mandi is passionate about developing and mentoring. She leads the Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) Develop Workplace Allies initiative at West Monroe. The program facilitates discussions with over 700 employees on types of biases women face, provides tools to identify/address these biases, and helps build a network of allies for women. She also helps support the high-growth recruitment efforts for her team and is a volunteer for Lasagna Love, delivering monthly meals to families in need in the Minneapolis and surrounding metro area.
