About Mandi McLaughlin

I have understanding of the equipment in a kitchen and how to use it such as mixers, ovens, bread slicers, and dough rollers. I am Servsafe certified and follow all the rules and regulations that have to do with Servsafe. I am very experienced with making cakes, cookies, muffins, breads, and other pastries. I have been working in a kitchen for about 7 years now. I have currently worked with making breads using yeast such as hamburger rolls, salad rolls, dinners rolls, and country and French bread. I have had some practice with cake decorating and I can honestly say it is not my strong suit but something I am working on becoming better at. Currently at school I am working a lot with pastries, puff dough, cake decoration, and specialty pies. I am certainly in charge at work for making all products we sell as well as having to take inventory for all products each week we will need to order and making sure the stuff gets ordered.
