I have over 20 years of consulting experience in portfolio, programme and project management and delivery in both the public and private sector. My experience extends across both business and technology programmes. • I have experience in the establishment of project and programme management delivery frameworks tailored to integrate an organisation’s specific methodology whilst maintaining proven best practice project management practices and disciplines to ensure a successful outcome. • I have extensive experience in implementing complex transformation programmes and projects across large organisations. I typically work in challenging operational environments, demonstrating strong leadership, timely & effective communications and robust decision making. • I actively build positive relationships and communicate clearly and concisely at all levels of engagement from executive management through to end users, project and technical staff and vendors. • I have experience with designing and establishing the framework and governance of projects from inception that will ensure the success of the project. I am passionate about efficient and effective delivery of projects to ensure the maximum possible benefits for all stakeholders, but especially making end-users' working lives easier!
