About Mandy Brown

Mandy provides project management and clinical advisory services to the Deloitte Public Sector health team in the Midlands specialising in Operational Improvement, Board Development, Quality Governance and Project Management engagements. Through Arkham, she also provides the Public Sector Health team with Compliance Management services as well as advisory and administrative services to the senior partner in connection with contractor onboarding. Mandy studied Business with International Marketing and French at the University of Western England and is a Prince 2 Practitioner. She has previous experience of working in both private and public healthcare sectors as well as over 10 years’ experience in project management, marketing and customer service. Since becoming an approved supplier of services to Deloitte in 2012, she has also assisted the Senior PS Audit Partner with his leadership roles and provided revenue analysis and reporting to the centre. She has worked on strategic support projects for several NHS Trusts including a two year Theatres Improvement Programme for a major NHS Acute Trust and also providing project management services on a Planned Care Improvement Programme for a large NHS Foundation Trust. These involved implementing a streamlined governance and reporting process to enhance accountability, oversight and execution of planned improvements for the programme, ensuring projects achieved milestones and targets, and weekly reporting to Programme Boards, Trust Director of Operations and Surgery Division executives. Other experience includes: Programme and Project Management support for Governance Reviews. Standardising project reporting structures and processes, including key project documentation, exception reporting, risk reporting and project planning. Developing a Board Member 360 appraisal programme for an Acute Hospital Trust including all documentation and analysis methods. Delivering project management training events to up-skill, share knowledge and improve the execution and delivery of projects across the organisation.
