Passionate problem-solver and analytics/data nerd with more than 20 years of experience managing websites, email marketing campaigns, and digital communications for major international non-profit organizations, sports entertainment brands and higher education institutions. I currently lead digital communications at The University of Tulsa, where I develop and execute strategic user journeys and communication plans tailored to diverse personas and constituencies across web, email and SMS channels. In addition, I manage a talented team of digital marketing professionals and oversee training for internal partners on email marketing tools and web content management systems. This includes designing branded templates, promoting accessibility and cross-platform usability, and empowering brand champions with best practices in content creation, SEO, engagement and conversion. I take genuine delight in A/B testing and data-driven experimentation, always seeking new ways to optimize user experience and engagement. My previous experience includes managing web properties and digital strategy for organizations such as the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology, Habitat for Humanity International, ESPN, PRCA, Outdoor Channel and Gilcrease Museum.
