Over the years, I have helped launch digital pilots, implement data-sharing frameworks, and advance performance metrics for Canada's largest port, and one of North America’s most dynamic port gateways. I have led cross-functional teams, navigated complex unionized environments, and championed initiatives that improve both throughput and partnership. Whether I’m working across organizations or with stakeholders around the table, I am committed, adaptable, and focused on execution. My leadership style is simple: listen well, follow through, stay grounded, and bring people along.
