I am the Marketing Director and Advanced Funeral Planner at McAlister-Smith Funeral and Cremation, a family-owned and operated business that serves the Charleston area with six locations. With over 11 years of experience in the funeral industry, I oversee the marketing and advance funeral planning department of the company. I am passionate about creating memorable and meaningful services and events that honor the lives and legacies of the departed.My core competencies include marketing, advanced planning, customer service, and organizational leadership. I consult with families to prearrange funerals and assist them with all the details and arrangements. I also ensure the highest quality of products, services, and customer satisfaction in the market. In 2019, I produced the highest revenue for the Charleston location in the history of the location. To further enhance my skills and knowledge, I completed a master's degree in management from the University of Phoenix, with a focus on organizational leadership.
