I believe that engagement and behavioural change is the key to unlocking the barriers to progress decarbonizing the tv & film industry. Seeing the dials move every day in a positive way, as people are inspired to try new greener solutions, is immensely satisfying. We don't always get it right, it's a continuous learning journey. Over my broad career, I've gained broad experience in broadcast tv production, creative, digital and corporate operations management, programme and project delivery. I excel at building strong relationships with industry colleagues at all levels. A curious solutionist, asking questions and combining learnings with new methods and processes to find the right business solution. I'm passionate about developing talented individuals and creating a diverse and inclusive environment with a culture that inspires teams to do their best work.
