About Mandy Davis

I consider travelling as the best thing that ever happened to me. I therefore travelled a lot of countries and been interacting with a diversity of cultures. During my travels and even my work and studies I enjoy getting my mind off things by reading a good book and get lost in a great story. In my spare time I love meeting new people and am putting myself out there on the search for great conversations and consider myself open to learn from different mind-sets and perspectives. During the winter period, when the weather is cold and wet and most people experiencing a winter depression, I like to get a break and be active in the snow on a snowboard or skies. I acknowledge the fact that I might not be the next Hemingway but that will not undermine my passion for writing. At the end of all my busy days of snowboarding, writing and travelling, the only thing I then want is a delicious meal, one I prepared myself by not using a recipe but by being creative and enterprising.
