Mandy is an accomplished speaker having presented at various industry conferences, been an invited guest speaker at universities and delivered custom made training on conflict resolution and communication skills to government organisations, and workplaces. Mandy is an adjudicator at the annual grand final Schools Conflict Resolution and Mediation competition; as well as being on a variety of committees. Mandy provides workplace mediation; training and ongoing mentoring for people entering conflict management professions. Mandy is an experienced coach and mentor in the areas of leadership, supervision and workplace culture.
