I have 25 years’ experience providing Executive Assistant support. My current position is supporting the CEO and Executive Team of Plenti. I am an ambitious and driven professional assistant who prides myself on my ability to be highly proactive and to always remain one step ahead. I have extensive experience in the following: • Diary management, internal and external meetings, ensuring all meetings have a clear purpose • Full inbox management, dealing with high levels of confidential information • Ensuring Executive is prepared for all meetings and all briefing papers received • Formulating agendas, minute taking and tracking of actions for team meetings • Co-ordination of domestic and international travel • Screening of mail and phone calls • Expense and invoice management
