I have had the privilege of holding various positions within HRSS in Accenture, where my primary focus has always been to lead and develop teams while contributing to organisational success. As a Senior Recruitment Team Lead in Dublin, I managed and monitored end-to-end recruitment activities for major client accounts and overseeing a team of up to 21 professionals, at one time. My role involved ensuring team members were aligned with objectives, conducting weekly one-to-one sessions, and maintaining precise reporting of recruitment data and pipelines. I collaborated closely with Hiring Managers to review hires and supported the development of policies and procedures for recruitment excellence. Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in driving employee engagement initiatives, including being Dublin's Data Quality Champion, Mental Health Ally programs, and Inclusion and Diversity representation. During my tenure in the Redeployment Consultant role, I successfully contributed to and helped to introduce a flagship redeployment process. This involved liaising with hiring managers, recruiters, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth redeployment during project ramp downs. I provided one-on-one support to "at-risk" employees, presented progress reports, and managed internal moves, ensuring an efficient recruitment process. Throughout these roles, I've been committed to fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with standards, and achieving recruitment and HR excellence.
