As a Corporate Internal Recruiter at Lasting Change, Inc, I connect licensed therapists and social workers with rewarding opportunities in counseling and family services. I have been in this role since early 2023, and I enjoy working with an organization that has a heart for families and individuals in need of support and guidance. I also have a passion for empowering and inspiring people to discover and pursue their life purpose, which led me to obtain multiple life coach certifications from Transformation Academy. Additionally, I have been a speaker at Respect Team, a non-profit organization that educates and motivates junior high and high school students to value themselves and others. I've been with Respect Team for several years, first as a volunteer and now as a contract speaker. I will continue to work events for Dave Roebel with Northeast Mechanical as well. I love everything about connecting with the community and bringing sound, high integrity services to families when they need help with home comfort. I believe that everyone has a unique and valuable contribution to make to the world, and I aim to facilitate a nurturing and empowering environment that allows for personal and professional growth.
