My career within the public transport industry has presented opportunities and challenges that has kept me captivated since my entry way back in 1995. By career standards of course, the number of years I have dedicated to one industry/business could be considered detrimental to my development and exposure, resulting in stagnation and regret. In my case, nothing is further from the truth.My long service has presented fresh opportunities to learn and advance in my career path, offering exposure to a multitude of areas within the business. These opportunities maintain my passion and drive and have helped create strong working relationships along the way. My career in management has certainly proven diverse, leading teams in fields of security, contract management, customer services, prosecutions, service quality, facility and services management, Ferry and bus interchange operations management. So, what makes me unique? • My passion to embed and deliver outstanding customer services, within every facet of the organisation – customer service does not solely sit within recognised customer service teams.• My ability to ‘walk in the shoes of others’ offers perspective and insight to improve business processes and output.• My passion to break barriers surrounding inequalities and prejudice, has aided a resilience and drive to rise and succeed to any challenge.• I possess exceptional policy/process composition skills to meet business and legislative requirements.• My experience in the management of multi stakeholders in the near and far environment, aiding the delivery of successful projects and activities.
