About Mandy Frogner

Client relations professional with experience communicating to internal and external stakeholders in the health and sport industry. Education includes; Consumer Affairs and Marketing undergraduate degree from South Dakota State University and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Sioux Falls. Served as a graduate assistant within USF’s athletic marketing department. Post graduation, accepted the marketing assistant position with Lynn University’s athletic department in Boca Raton, FL. In listed positions, responsibilities included; grass-root marketing efforts, event logistics, and acting primary liaison between universities and external stake holders. Served four years with Sanford Health Care as a health coach and store operations manager. While in the health coach capacity, practiced motivational interviewing and enforced scientific protocols along with a multidisciplinary approach to assist individuals in achieving their health goals. Led a team in providing program development, staff education, and customer service driven best practices. Currently, serving Team USA as an athlete healthcare navigator within the USOPC Sports Medicine department. Focus on assisting athletes in identifying and maximizing quality, cost-effective healthcare service options within the scope of available USOPC resources. Recipient of the NACDA 2017 Mike Cleary award stipend. Graduate of Leadership Pikes Peak LNOW! Class of 2019.
