About Mandy Gordon

Mandy is an organizational communication consultant turned Co-Active Coach. She works with leaders, change makers, and aspiring activists to help them identify and embrace (translation: fall in love with) their unique gifts and create powerful change in their lives, their work, and beyond. She believes that, in a world where we're taught to leave parts of ourselves at home, to fit in, and to follow directions at all costs, those who are brave enough to be themselves are those who have the greatest impact. Mandy spent 20+ years working with executives as a content expert. Today she brings that experience, along with a keen intuition, a strong sense of play, and a touch of audacity to her work with individuals, groups, and organizations. She offers one-on-one coaching, team coaching, leadership development, and group facilitation services to businesses and non-profits. She also holds Virtual Recess sessions to help foster connection and creativity in virtual work places. As a certified coach, Mandy completed her coaching certification program from the Co-Active Training Institute. She is certified to administer the Emotional & Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator™, the Organizational and Team Culture Indicator™, and the CliftonStrengths assessment. She has received certificates in Presence-based Coaching, Advanced Facilitation and Internal Branding. She has been designated by the International Coaching Federation as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach). Mandy is deeply committed to her own activism, which has come to life through #BirdsforHumanity. Using a large flock of pink plastic flamingos to create art installations in her front yard, she encourages reflection and sparks conversation within her community and beyond on a variety of social justice issues.
