About Mandy Henderson

I am a transplant to Colorado from Minneapolis, MN and have worked in mental health, strategic and leadership roles for more than 20 years, and completed my Master in Social Work from University of Southern California in May 2020. I have worked in private practice, school settings and for non-profit agencies, prior to transitioning into the advertising industry in a hybrid role. I am a leader and mental health specialist with a focus on connecting with others in both group and individual environments. I believe that mental health treatment should come from an empathic and compassionate framework, with an emphasis on meeting people where they are at. I strive to form meaningful relationships with everyone, and provide them with skills, strategies and resources that serve toward the achievement of a more fulfilling life. I am skilled at both making individual connections and facilitating groups and incorporate common interests like humor, pop culture, film and music in building relationships.
