About Mandy Klassen

For me it’s always been about customer service. In my past 20+ years working in group health and dental benefits, I’ve ensured that customer needs are met and even exceeded. I consider myself a good listener and take pride in being able to connect the dots for people, because I’m aware of how confusing benefits can be. I provided leadership, coaching and technical expertise in two different areas of the organization; one being the “Benefit Payment Office” where I lead a team of 34 claims personnel and the other being “Group Health and Dental” where I provided leadership and guidance to a team of 15 claims specialists. I oversaw the production and capacity to meet unit and office performance and quality and time service objectives. I’m highly organized and methodical in my approach and take pride in having provided value to the Board and Committee for the V.P. and Corporate Compliance Department at Inventors Group. At Great West Life, I developed and maintained medical and dental claim payment policies that permitted efficient and effective handling claims according to financial and contractual obligations, legislative requirements and customer expectations. After a successful career in Group Health & Dental administration, I’m looking to find a company and position where I can continue to add value, assist customers with their concerns and be part of a dynamic team. I'm a believer in continuing education and have recently updated at Red River College with my Human Resource Management Certificate and Management Development Certificate. I'm currently working on a Project Management Certificate. I welcome any opportunities and look forward to connecting.
