About Mandy Krahl

Hello, my name is Mandy. I’m based in Germany and I bring together what at first glance seems unusual: a career in communications & coaching, a background in business administration, years of experience in an engineering environment – and a past as an actress. I never believed in being a “one-skill-only” person. I’ve always been curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to reinvent myself. That’s why my path looks diverse: office management, project coordination, acting, coaching. What connects it all? Communication. The ability to listen deeply, to translate complexity into clarity, and to create real connection. I consider myself highly organized, very good at communication (in German & English), and a multipotentialist with the drive to grow and help others grow. My focus today: Communication Coaching – for people who want to speak their truth, lead with confidence, and connect authentically- Hallo, mein Name ist Mandy. Ich lebe in Deutschland und verbinde auf den ersten Blick vielleicht ungewöhnliche Dinge: eine Laufbahn in Kommunikation & Coaching, einen Hintergrund im kaufmännischen Bereich, langjährige Erfahrung in einem Ingenieursumfeld – und eine Vergangenheit als Schauspielerin. Ich habe nie daran geglaubt, dass man eine “one-skill-only” Person sein muss/sollte. Ich war immer neugierig, wissbegierig und bereit, mich neu zu erfinden. Deshalb sieht mein Weg so vielfältig aus: Office Management, Projektkoordination, Schauspiel, Coaching. Was all das miteinander verbindet? Kommunikation. Die Fähigkeit, wirklich zuzuhören, Komplexes in Klarheit zu übersetzen und echte Verbindung zu schaffen. Ich sehe mich als sehr gut organisiert, stark in Kommunikation (Deutsch & Englisch) und als Multipotentialistin mit dem Antrieb, selbst zu wachsen und andere beim Wachsen zu begleiten. Mein Fokus heute: Kommunikationscoaching – für Menschen, die lernen wollen, ihre Wahrheit zu sprechen, mit Selbstvertrauen aufzutreten und authentisch zu verbinden.
