About Mandy Maberly

Career Statement I was a senior member of the Education Team with a broad depth of knowledge across many areas. I contributed to the leadership of the department providing stability, a rational approach to problem solving, positivity and creative ideas. I possess strong people skills, the ability to assist others in solving their issues whilst maintaining objectivity and professionalism. I am adaptive and progressive, while remaining with the one organization, I evolved the role to encompass greater responsibility and embrace new challenges and direction. This led the move to central reporting and planning on viCPlace for all undergraduate Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedical student placements for Northern Health.I moved into Quality in 2016 as the Clinical Governance Coordinator, I have overall responsibility for oversight of all Northern Health ISR 3 and 4 riskman processing. I provide quality support to Clinical Improvement Committees for National Standards on Pressure injury Prevention, Falls and Communication for Safety. I prepare audits and reports and analyse Riskman data to determine trends in these standards. I assist Quality Coordinators with background research for RCA and IDCR investigations for ISR 1 and 2 incidents. I provide organisational wide data trend and incident specific reports and analysis to drive clinical improvement.
