Mandy has lead a variety of fundraising projects. Legacy projects include the $110 million Auckland City Mission HomeGround capital campaign to rebuild the Mission; brokering a $5 million partnership between Auckland Zoo & Next Foundation to develop innovative conservation practice at Rotoroa Island and, the development of one of New Zealand’s most sustainable and profitable corporate partnership programmes at Cure Kids resulting in an increase in income from $1 -$4 million in 5 years. Over the last 20 years she has demonstrated a relentless commitment to developing long term, loyal and profitable partnerships. She is a passionate connector who works hard to instil pride in an association with fundraising projects via relationships with benefactors; board members; Chief Executives; corporate teams; charity associates, fundraising colleagues and recipients. Mandy loves nothing more than meeting and listening to people (over a coffee) to quickly identify the resonance of a need; how to communicate that effectively and how to work with people to solve it. She has been told she is a “master of the ask”. Specialist Areas- Strategic Implementation Capital Campaigns Corporate Partnerships Donor stewardship In June 2021, she established Partnerships for Good a business dedicated to strategic donor stewardship. Her ultimate goal is to assist charities to realise their vision whilst enabling donors to feel valued and proud to have extended their generosity to legacy projects.
