With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, I am a passionate and driven housing operations leader who has successfully managed multifamily and single family assets in addition to excelling in new home sales. I have earned the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) credentials from the National Apartment Association, demonstrating my knowledge and skills in the field. I am currently overseeing an owner-managed, syndicated multifamily portfolio operation and asset management platform comprising over units across the Arkansas, Texas, and Florida submarkets. This diverse portfolio included Class A/B lease-ups, new development, value-add, and predevelopment assets. My experience includes developing and executing annual operating budgets, pre-development proformas, and full-scale business plans to drive long-term growth and financial performance. Previously, I was responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of 7 properties across Oklahoma. I implemented strategic plans, negotiated contracts, built and trained teams, and advanced a culture of excellence and accountability. I also leveraged my strong account management and customer service skills to foster long-term relationships with clients, partners, and vendors, and to deliver optimal value and satisfaction.
