My role on the Executive Leadership Team reflects the highest level of strategic leadership within the organization. With over a decade of experience in marketing and communications, spanning construction, private and federal industries, I specialize in crafting integrated marketing strategies, busines development, capture management, managing proposal development, and creating impactful branding that supports both day-to-day operations and long-term business goals. I also plan and manage all conference and event logistics, ensuring our external presence aligns with our values and capabilities. I am a thoughtful and organized leader who empowers a team of marketing and recruiting professionals, serving as both strategist and executor. Prior to joining SIRIS, I worked independently and with small businesses as a freelance designer and marketing consultant, building a diverse portfolio across industries. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, WordPress, SharePoint, and Hootsuite, I bring both creativity and operational discipline to every initiative.
