Living in UAE, for 20 years, currently in Dubai, I will be returning to the UK in the future, and have started investing in the East Sussex area for future income and investment. Bexhill, nestled in East Sussex, England, offers a charming coastal escape. With historic elegance, a beautiful seafront, and cultural attractions like the De La Warr Pavilion, it's a unique destination. The surrounding area boasts scenic landscapes, including quaint villages and picturesque countryside, making it an ideal blend of history and nature. Whilst having good train links to Brighton, London and Eurotunnel making it a perfect place to retire. After finding a need to create accessible living spaces in the Bexhill and surrounding areas, I am committed to making a real difference in the lives of individuals with diverse abilities. Addressing Housing Shortage: Amidst the housing shortage crisis, I strive to contribute to the solution by adapting homes to meet the needs of a wider range of tenants, to help alleviate the strain on the housing market. Latest EPC Standards: The properties already adhere to the latest Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) standards, and aim to make them, even more, energy efficient for sustainable living, aligning with modern environmental expectations. Renters Reform Bill: With the Renters Reform Bill in mind, and so confusing, we have experts in this area. Ensuring that both parties are protected in with evolving regulations, ensuring tenants' rights and security while fostering a sense of community and inclusivity. Bridging Gaps Through Collaboration: By forging partnerships with housing associations, and local authorities, I seek to create a network that addresses housing shortages and offers accessible living options for all.
