I have been working within the energy sector for 20+ years and have an in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements within the sector, and the importance of digitisation within the energy network and providing excellent customer service I have been in my current role as a Robotics Process Change Manager for the last 3 years and prior to this worked on projects within Continuous Improvement and Transformation teams supporting Billing and Smart Metering I have excellent stakeholder management skills which ensures I am able to create an effective and collaborative way of working allowing me to deliver new, or improved processes, in an efficient and agile manner My role within the Robotics function is to identify suitable automation opportunities throughout the business and build up a pipeline of work and manage the delivery plan ensuring business critical and regulatory processes are prioritised and delivered within the required timescales. I love to find solutions to problems and my naturally inquistive nature and ability to very quickly understand requirements, potential gaps and inefficiencies in business processes has resulted in the team being able to deliver RPA solutions that have improved cash flow, reduced debt and debt provision and implemented business critical/regulatory processes at pace.
