Over 25 years working in Pharma R&D and Medical based in UK, France and Germany. • Organisational change and change management expertise within R&D and Medical functions. Program lead for creation of current Global Medical Information function and for the R&D Clinical Supplies function focussing on harmonisation and simplification of processes, and creation of appropriate quality framework. • 20 years extensive experience forming and leading high-performing multinational teams from NA, EU, Japan and more recently India. Culturally sensitive and aware, with a focus on developing individuals. Currently leading the medical information collaboration with Sanofi India hub for the execution of medical information activities for certain key countries. • Coordination of VP office management in R&D and Medical: management of function governance, coordination of annual budget and strategic plans, responsible for internal & external communication strategies and providing oversight of specific communications with experience of different comm platforms. Definition and tracking of function annual objectives and leadership of other specific company initiatives and special Projects. • 10+ years experience of drug development as global project director taking new drug candidates through pre-clinical and clinical development, including manufacturing, regulatory and submission. Co-led the multinational project team for the first successful drug submission and launch in Japan for Sanofi. Co-led a company initiative to define the process and framework for creating and leading a submission task force starting 18 months ahead of planned NDA submission. The process was successfully rolled-out within sanofi.
