I have always found that I thrive best in an environment where I am helping or serving people in some fashion. Being able to provide a valued service gives me energy and drives me to find the very best outcome. My background is broad and involved high stress and attention to detail; from dispatching Emergency Maintenance Coordination for Property Managers, all over the country 24/7, to being an Operations Manager of a new and thriving company by making sure detail was held to the highest of standards. I also understand the importance of giving back to my community which I find through Volunteering. Working with Outside Initiatives of Brownsville, a unique Non-Profit Organization which provides youth development by incorporating miniature horses into lesson plans and activities, gives me the opportunity to watch meaningful relationships transform the lives of children. Through these experiences I believe that from what I have learned and accomplished in my past endeavors will help me thrive in new ones.
