ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Achieved an outstanding 22% reduction in repairs and maintenance costs by employing value engineering, developing standardized indigenous spares, and optimizing spares consumption. • Successfully reduced energy consumption by 8% through the implementation of energy-saving measures, leading to a 3% decrease in power and fuel costs. Additionally, I improved plant machinery uptime by 14% by implementing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and robust preventive maintenance (PM) practices, ensuring timely inspections, servicing, and repairs. • Eliminated breakdowns entirely by conducting thorough root cause analyses using the Why-Why analysis technique and implementing multiple Kaizen initiatives.
