About Maneesh Kumar Sahu

I have a Master's degree in Design Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, one of the top engineering institutes in India. I am currently working as a Manufacturing Supervisor at NOV, a leading provider of equipment and services for the oil and gas industry. I have been in this role for over a year, and I am responsible for managing the production and assembly processes, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction, and controlling the costs and resources. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, I work closely with the planning, engineering, and quality teams to achieve the key production targets and objectives. I also lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians, providing them with guidance, feedback, and training. I use my skills in leave management, Kronos timekeeping, and team management to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production floor. I also leverage my design engineering background and problem solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the production process. I am passionate about delivering high-performance products and services that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders. I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where I can learn from and contribute to the success of the organization.
