Achievements: • Demonstrated expertise in driving operational efficiency and optimizing processes. • Successfully navigating and addressing the intricate landscape of healthcare, providing effective and transformative solutions. • Instrumental in the rollout of a pathology project under model on behalf of partner company and Govt of Madhya Pradesh across 85 District and Civil Hospitals at the peak of Covid in 2020. • Lead and successfully commissioned 324 labs under mode for Govt of Madhya Pradesh as a part of partner company team under a hub and spoke model along with rolling out the services across 1600 PHCs acting as spokes. • Conceptualizing, planning resources and processes, and rolling out healthcare IT systems used by more than active users across platforms on a daily basis handling more than patient transactions per day currently.
