It results in high level achievements. The applied leadership and management principles always reach far beyond ethnic categories. Success is almost always guaranteed and generates added value for everyone involved. In addition to my managerial work, I particularly enjoy training young committed people in the fields of technology, engineering, materials science, sales of design software, digital ECAD-MCAD processes and especially in the fields of astronomy and astrophysics
