About Mangala Wickramasinghe

Mangala holds Bachelors & Masters in Information & Communication technology from University of Peradeniya and University of Colombo respectively and Master of Business Administration from University of Moratuwa Sri-Lanka and he is currently reading for P.hD in Business Management at PIM, University of Sri Jayawardenapura Sri-Lanka. He is also a Member of British Computer Society (MBCS), Member of Institute of Electrical Electronic Engineers and a life member of Association of Professional Bankers – Sri Lanka. He has multitude commercial experience in Payment Cards, Banking & Finance, ICT management and Supply Chain Management attached to multinational corporations Unilever Plc, Coats Thread Plc, and large conglomerates Hayleys Plc, Sampath Bank Plc and HNB. He is currently the Head of Digital Banking at Hatton National Bank, one of the largest commercial banks in Sri-Lanka. Mangala is a visiting lecturer attached to the Faculty of Computer Science & Engineering of University of Moratuwa & also an external examiner of MBA in IT course work. He is the present treasurer of the Alumni association of University of Moratuwa. He is also a past president of Sampath Bank Toast Masters club, the 1st corporate Toast Masters club in Sri-Lnaka.
