As an experienced Security Manager with over 16 years in the field of Loss Prevention, Security & Fire-Life Safety, I have developed a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering results that exceed organizational goals. My commitment to taking initiatives, providing effective and efficient output, and fostering cooperative environments within my teams has helped me to excel in my field. Over the course of my career, I have worked in various hospitality organizations such as Marriott Hotels, Starwood, Accor Hotels, among others, and have successfully completed certificate courses in Fire Fighting, First Aid, and Basic Course on Disaster Management with Civil Defence. I am also certified in Loss Prevention Officer, A Manager Training, and POSH (Prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace). In my current role as Security Manager at Novotel Mumbai International Airport, I oversee the security of 268 rooms, two restaurants, one bar, and five banquet halls, managing a team of 350 employees and a total revenue turnover of 90Cr. I have also previously held management positions at Ibis Hotels Mumbai Airport, Ibis Styles Goa, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, and JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, where I have supervised teams of varying sizes and helped to maintain high security standards, establish good liaison with state administrative authorities and private security agencies, and ensure the safety and security of staff, customers, and resources. With excellent people management and motivational skills, I am always willing to put in the extra effort to achieve perfection in results.
