About Mangesh Kamatkar

I have always believed that Food is a way to winning hearts. Good food always makes people happy and this helps in making a great bond with others in my field with our customers. Also, i am always trying hard to develop my skills and knowledge to improve the guest experience in my restaurant. I am wiling to go through all the hard work required for that. While working i am not only working towards by described duties and responsibilities, but also try to learn and have managed good amount of menu planning, managing kitchen stocks and maintaining daily order list. I have also done basic FOOD HANDLERS course from Canada and have a valid certificate. I am also a RED SEAL certified chef. Most my career has been spent in working live kitchen or Show kitchen which has helped me to understand guest closely and help with guest interactions. As i have a multi cuisine experience, i have learnt over the period of time that techniques from different cuisine can be applied in other cuisine and i have already tried some. All i want to do is work with devotion, passion and honesty towards my profession and always create a remembering food experience for my guests. Also, i am a firm believer of team work.
