Working as a ServiceNow Developer in Tata Consultancy Services and having 2.4 Years of experience->Successfully discovered more than 10 lakh devices through IP Based Discovery which is used to fetch the devices into CMDB and also working in Hardware Asset Management which describes the tracking and managing of assets from the procurement to retirement and in Software Asset Management which is tracking of the software licenses of various software in a single ServiceNow Platform and make it as compliant-> Configured Software Asset Management by using the SAAS license management integration successfully fetched the publishers subscription users data like Microsoft, Adobe, Salesforce, SAP,JIRA Etc into the software subscription table->Developed ITOM with the IP based discovery it's difficult to get the information from the cloud environment devices like Microsoft Azure and the GCP, to get the Azure data into ServiceNow with the help of service graph connector, successfully fetched the data of virtual Machines instances, Cloud load balancers, cloud functions,key values,Data centers, Cloud storage Volumes etc; from the Azure environment into various ServiceNow target tables into the CMDB->By Using Cloud Native Operations (CNO) to fetch the AKS data like Kubernetes Clusters, Nodes, Pods etc With the help of YAML FILE Method from the Azure Environment into the ServiceNow Kubernetes Dashboard->Experience in the Tag based Service Mapping which is used to get the data by using the tags from the towers and environments->Having Experience in calculating the License subscription calculation for the ITAM ( HAM & SAM)-> ITSM creation of Catalogs, SLA's, ACL'S, Script Include, Business Rules, Client Scripts,Form Layouts, Workflows.
