About Mani Kumar

I have worked for two years and one month in SECON Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Consultant cum Director (Technical). There, I got pleasure in dealing the Water Resource's Projects using the emerging technology integrating DGPS, Drone, Lidar and High-Resolution Satellite Imageries in DEM generation and used as most sensitive inputs for hydrodynamic module's development. We have defined the concept of Integrated Water Resource Development for River Rejuvenation and Flood Mitigation of Vishwamitry River that is in true sense an iconic example of Fluvial & Pluvial Flooding Risk Reduction Measures. Before that I was former Head of Division-1 at the Mathematical Modelling Center, Flood Management Improvement Support Center (FMISC), a Center of Excellence in Patna. There I had demonstrated exceptional expertise in 1D/2D modeling using leading software such as MIKE 11, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, TUFLOW, and MIKE-21C. My contributions to flood management are notable, and my deep knowledge in mathematical modeling has been instrumental in advancing projects. My academic achievements on AI & ML based research and hands-on experience in using sophisticated modeling tools demonstrate my commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements in the water resources sector.
