I have been working in Strategic Procurement roles managing spends in excess of 700 Million Euro and digital transformation for well over three decades within Unilever. My focus has been in creating capacities for the future, drive sustainability and unlock value for businesses with a strong passion for understanding markets externally and collaborating with stakeholders internally. My role has leveraged skills such as strategic influence and supplier identification to support growth and resilience in supply chains. I'm committed to continuing this journey of innovation and transformation, aligning procurement strategies with impactful business outcomes. At Unilever, successfully transformed procurement processes, focusing on price forecasting for 23 billion Euro. This initiative not only reduced cycle time significantly but also created a positive business impact, as evidenced by the jump in NPS scores to a strong positive. I have lived and worked in multiple countries and luckily have travelled to many countries globally that has helped exposed me to different cultures.
