He also has a strong management consulting background, supporting both large corps and SMEs in their growth strategy (both organic and M&A led), providing strategic insights and hand holding through the execution. Manik’s previous employers include EY (Business Advisory) and Tata Consultancy Services. Outside of work, he spends significant time with his family. In spare time, he is a voracious reader, weekend golfer, scout leader, yoga and meditation practitioner and trainer.
