I am an Attorney-at-Law and registered Patent Agent with more than 12 years of experience in intellectual property law, specializing in patents across life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and technology-driven sectors. As an Associate Partner at Lall & Sethi, I lead the life sciences and chemistry patent practice, advising a diverse portfolio of clients that includes multinationals, research institutions, start-ups, and innovators at the forefront of science and technology.My work spans the full spectrum of IP services: patent prosecution, oppositions, enforcement, litigation strategy, portfolio management, technology transfer, and due diligence, with a focus on aligning IP protection with business objectives and innovation strategy. I also routinely appear before the Indian Patent Office, tribunals, and courts on complex patent matters.Beyond practice, I am deeply engaged in the policy and thought leadership space. I regularly deliver talks and participate in panel discussions at national and international conferences, forums, and industry associations, addressing topics such as patents in biotechnology, genomics, CRISPR, pharmaceuticals, and emerging technologies.
