I am a well-organized, committed Early Childhood Educator with a strong foundation in fostering inclusive and engaging learning environments for young children. With a background in education and public administration, and over a decade of diverse professional experience, I bring a detail-oriented and reflective approach to every role I take on. I currently work as an Early Childhood Educator at Kamloops Kidz, where I design and implement lesson plans that support literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development in children up to five years old. I’ve also served as an ECE Assistant and gained valuable experience supporting children with unique behavioral and learning needs. Beyond the classroom, I support post-secondary learners as a Graduate Writing Tutor at Thompson Rivers University, providing detailed feedback to help students improve their academic writing and communication. I am also actively involved in pedagogical discussions through the Early Childhood Pedagogy Network, where I’ve explored the integration of theory and practice in early learning frameworks. With a Master of Education and certifications in both ECE and ECEA, I am deeply committed to continuous learning and development.
