I am a BE( MECH) from Coimbatore Intitute of Technologe through Institute of Mecahnical Engineers I have done my charted engineering in Mechanical. I am Having 34 Years of huge experience, Production & Planning, heading multiple Plants, Starting new business and re-build sick unit and get get profitable unit company in Production and System implementation. Presently working with Bhor engineering group of company as a Director operation and head all plants, reporting to chairmen. I have worked with many foreign company in India and abroad. I have worked with Japanees TPM Guru Prof Yamakuchi and prof Kasahara san. I have worked with renoir system, famous for system implementation in UK and other countries.I am having experiance in Multi-spindle automats of many manufacturer, like, Weikmen, Pittler, ACME, Conomatic, BSA, Guildmeister and other make machine. Having all types of VMC,VTL, Turning center, grinding, Heat treatment and process engineering.I have worked with Brass company to start making hollow tubes, bars ans get finish components and supplied in 76 countries.I can handle any engineering company and increased the profitability, achieve plan and as plan target and start new engineering company and sick unit plant. I have re structured company for better productivity and profitability by using Renoir system and other technic which I learn from Japanees and other foreign company.I have done many company where profitability has increase and loss making companies start getting profit.
