About Manish Bhadwal

I began my career as a Facilitator of Sociology and General Studies, and interview training expert for top Competitive exams, I was able to identify the problems faced by students due to Education structure. I did launch a movement with renowned NGOs and Government bodies to bring a structural change in Education. Also, it opened a chain of schools in association with key stakeholders. My passion and dedication were recognized and awarded by government bodies and the Indian Army as well. Professionally elevated as General Manager of the largest Management Institution of India ( T.I.M.E), I continued contributing to society as Director of Education of G-Peace. My Canadian Journey: To upgrade my Human resources management skills I took a program of Masters in Management with a Concentration in HR in Canada and was employed by the Construction Association of NB with a task to research and reform the training and development program for the provincial construction industry. As a PM of Learning & Development, I was successful in restructuring the training and development program for the 700+ construction companies of the province of NB. With strategic planning, multidimensional marketing initiatives, and dynamic leadership I was able to deliver a record growth of 408% in turnout and 130% in revenue within one financial year and also able to extend the CANB-Moncton training and development program to Fredericton, Saint John, and the PEI Construction associations and are working to extend to other Atlantic regions. We aim to develop CANB's training and development department as a leader in the Atlantic region of Canada and a one-stop solution for all Human Resource development needs of the construction Industry. I am deeply honored to step in to the role of Director of Training & Development and equally excited to continue providing impactful guidance, training programs and fostering growth in the Canadian construction Industry
