I have close to 20 years of experience in various diversified fields from which have 10 years of experience in real estate industry. Currently, working as a Deputy General Manager Commercial & retail leasing transactions at ASF Infrastructure, Gurgoan In my current role my focus is on leasing of commercial/IT/ITES office spaces at ASF Insignia, Gurgoan Client interaction for relocation, consolidation, renewal, and expansion, single point of contact for the transaction process including negotiations – structuring of the transaction, technical due diligence to legal due diligence and documentation, and fit out coordination. My core competency is transaction management. My focus has been on client solutions and account management which involved location analysis, site selection, financial analysis, negotiations and lease restructuring. I have a clear understanding of the real estate market trends prevailing in the respective vicinity including key micro markets and best practices implemented and have been successful in serving the real estate requirements of clients for setting up new operations.
